Why have I not got any of the stimulus checks even though I filled taxes. And I qualify for them but still haven't gotten any of them?

Why did I get a letter from the IRS saying my taxes were filed wrong by turbo tax and my recovery rebate credit is $0. Even though I'm on SSI and food stamps and I qualify to get them but IV never gotten one of them ever.
