I recently e-filed my 2021 Federal and state income taxes and they were rejected for an incorrect 2020 AGI (line 11 on 1040).
I have checked line 11 in my 2020 Turbotax program, on the paper form I submitted and the amount imported by my 2021 Turbotax program. All are the same which is the number I submitted on my 2021 e-filed Turbotax.
I'm confused about why my 2021 e-filed submissions were rejected. How to find the number is acceptable?
Should I just mail my 2021 submissions to the Feds and state?
