The default for Form 1040-X assumes you got the refund. ( Line 18 ).
If you are not entitled to the refund then you would have to return it.
so that's probably why you owe $1330.
Review the arithmetic summary on Form 1040-X carefully before you submit it.
It helps to review all the other lines also.
Don't submit an incorrect Form 1040-X.
