W2 correction: I wonder where can I find the penalty fee for underpaid in the turbo tax form that I submit for the Massachusetts tax submission

I have got the W2 correction. When I use the turbo tax for tax amendment. I owe Massachusetts state tax. I wonder where can I find the penalty fee for underpaid in the turbo tax form that I submit for the Massachusetts state tax submission.
