Wow I have been trying to find this and figure it out for 1 year.  The irs has chat !!!! FINALLY check out the pic. I asked for a copy of the agreement they said they can't access my account, I realised that I did have a copy of the agreement and they were able to check it via the number on the last correspondence letter they sent regarding the whole installment plan, also I have an annual installment agreement statement that show what we have paid.
