Two things are confusing in that statement. If that date of "Feb. 14, 2021" is correct, that would be a 2020 tax return, not 2021. Tax year 2020 was the current tax return back then. Is that the correct date you meant to type, or was that a typo?
Secondly, an efile rejection notice from the IRS doesn't provide any info about whether a refund has been paid or the date of a refund, so it's not clear where that information about the rejection saying it was "paid out on Feb. 14, 2021" came from.
