Are returns taking much longer than usual? I filed electronically around the deadline but still haven't received my refund and checking the status it is still processing.

I received my state tax return almost immediately. The IRS website says "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available" and of course, there is no way to get in touch with them. Could I have done something wrong?
