With such little information, that can be interpreted in different ways. So we have to start with a bit of guessing. Are you trying to ask what if your TurboTax account says your efiled return was accepted, but you haven't yet received a Federal refund you are expecting?
By "return says accepted", it's not clear what that is referring to. Is that what you are seeing for the efile status inside your online TurboTax account at the Tax Home when you log in? If so, that means your efiled return was accepted by the IRS for processing.
The next step is to see what is displayed at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool. What do you find out there?

Or does that IRS WMR tool say your refund has been approved and sent, but you haven't received it yet?
