@Jalen545 - can you restate the statement and questions and replace the 'theys' with who you are talking about - it's hard to follow 

 

if the Bank is not able to deposit the direct deposit into your bank account, the Bank returns it to the IRS.  Then the IRS creates a paper check and mails it to the address you used on your tax return.

 

My return was suppose to be direct deposit but the bank returned it and they sent it in a paper check. I looked into it and they posted the check August 4th, Does That Mean It’s Already Sent Out?
