You didn't say where you are seeing that, so I'll assume you are referring to the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.

If so, that's extremely normal. Two weeks is often not enough time. The IRS claims that most efiled returns with refunds are processed in less than 21 days, but a significant number take longer than 21 days. If there is anything that needs review or manual processing, it can take much longer, even weeks/months. But 2 weeks is still within the normal time frame to be processing of an efiled return.
