I spoke to a live IRS agent in March of this year. She said I would get a check in 4 to 6 weeks, but I haven't received anything. I pre-paid extra estimated ($4,259) taxes when I filed my extension in May. I didn't get any letter from the IRS explaining why $4259 was withheld.
