I received a CP12 Notice on May 9, 2022. The notice indicates a refund of $1,770 would be sent in 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been almost 12 weeks and I have not received my refund. Would you please check into this matter for me. If I need to send you information like my Social Security Number, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance.
