What do I do if I haven't gotten my refund yet filed by mail got my state but not federal? All it says online is not processed yet did exactly as turbo tax said to?

I had to file by mail as e file was denied due to an ex (claiming my son when she has 0 rights ) I gotten my state but still have yet to get my federal an on the irs page it says status not processed yet... I rly need the money to help with bills and have no idea how to fix the issue!
