when did you file your amended return and did you get proof of delivery?

I did not receive confirmation. I just tried to download and could not open the file. IRS shows no record of filing.

Let's start over.  You filed a 2019 return in 2020?  Did you get the first refund (or pay a tax due)?  Then why did you need to amend?  When did you amend?  You had to print and mail the amended 2019 return.  If you mailed it this year it will take a very long time.  The IRS is way behind especially for mailed returns.
