- How long has it been since you filed (approximately)?
- How did you file--did you efile, or did you choose to print and mail a paper return to the IRS?
- If you efiled, was the efile accepted? (if using Online TurboTax, you can check at the Tax Home.)
- What is displayed when you use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?
