I did my mothers tax return with turbotax, but mailed it instead of sending it electronically. She did receive her state refund but still has not received her federal return check. Today is July 14, 2022. We mailed both the state and the federal return on April 3, 2022. I have gone on the IRS website and put in her information. It tells me I have inserted the wrong information. I have doubled checked it and try several different times and continue to get the same message. I have called the different IRS telephone numbers and could not get answers. Can you tell me how I can make sure they do have their return in the system? I would appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks so much!
