I'm having the exact same issue with my 2020 refund which the IRS has finally informed me was deposited into an account with these hooligans on April 13,2022 after being rerouted from my closed Regions account!! I've never been able to speak to a live person and it sounds like it wouldn't do me any good. Is there not anything I can do since I have the account# & routing#? I need my money!! This is insane.
