@noviceattax - the IRS processes paper filed returns in the order received. They just announced this week that they completed the paper files received through December, 2021, meaning they are just now turning their attention to paper files received in 2022.
Assume it will be 6-9 months from the time you filed until it is processed. The good news is you know they have it since they processed the ITIN.
