Expected wait time for refund after getting ITIN for return mailed with W7

Hi all,

With this year's return I also filed a w7 form to get my spouse's ITIN. I did so in March 1st week. We go the ITIN around April end. However, have not yet received my return.

1. Till when should we wait?
2. How can I track it? I am not able to find it on irs/ where's my refund tool
