If you want to remove any other personal info from your comment, there is a tiny blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your comment. If you click it, you can then choose to EDIT.
Did you use Online TurboTax? You can update your Intuit Account email address yourself. This method assumes you are NOT an Advantage member (annual subscription).
- Log in to your online account, then go to the left menu column.
- Scroll way down near the bottom of the menu, and click on "Intuit Account."
- Then select "Sign In and Security."
- Then select "email address."
The IRS doesn't normally communicate with email initially and doesn't phone as an initial contact. If the IRS needs to reach you, the first line of communication from the IRS is normally a letter in postal mail.
