Hi I have filed my federal tax return by Feb and my refund status in irs.gov has alway be
"You may not have entered your information correctly. Please verify your personal tax data and try again."
I understand that it may take longer than usual due to the high volume but is it normal that we can not even find the cases after 4 months?
If somehow my paper tax return is not sent to irs, what should I do?
