What do you mean by "completed"? Did you file your tax return? Did you e-file it or file it by mail?
If you e-filed, did you get the email confirming that the e-file was accepted?
Did you select the option to have the TurboTax fees taken out of the refund?
Does TurboTax show that the tax return was filed? accepted?
What option did you select for how the refund would be paid: direct deposit? a check in the mail? a Credit Karma Money™ Spend account?
What does Where's My Refund? on the IRS web site say about the status of your refund?
