Did you file the 2020 tax return that you prepared?
If so, when did you file it?
Did you e-file it or file it by mail?
If you e-filed, did you get the email confirming that the e-file was accepted?
Did you use TurboTax to file the tax return?
If so, did you use TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software?
If you used TurboTax Online, did you select the option to have the TurboTax fees taken out of the refund?
Does TurboTax show that the tax return was filed? accepted?
What option did you select for how the refund would be paid: direct deposit? a check in the mail? a Turbo Visa card?
What does Where's My Refund? on the IRS web site say about the status of the refund? When you check Where's My Refund?, be sure to select 2020 as the tax year.
