This has been the most frustrating thing on planet earth. I do my taxes with TurboTax and all good. A week after I file, first week of april, I get my state return. I thought, wow great so fast!, until I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY FEDERAL REFUND. TurboTax has told me after HOURS of investigation that Green Dot Bank is holding my return. It has been 2 months now and I am getting upset as it is a large amount of money that someone like myself could use for life expenses like paying for my medications or car work, etc. I am asking for some sort of contact to Green Dot that IS NOT the stupid phone number they have that you sit on for 10 hours waiting for someone and then they tell you to mess off. If someone has a number or contact at green dot please let me know. If anyone from TurboTax sees this I NEED INFO FOR GREEN DOT BANK. I know literally everything else possible about this stupid process.
