@Sharkman907 - it's not a mistake to file in KY - that is where you work. Did you file as a non-resident?
did you file Indiana taxes? what should occur is that Indiana will calculate your Indiana taxes (since you live there) and then give you a credit for what you paid Kentucky, so that you are not paying taxes on the same dollar in both states. So there should be a large refund due to you from Indiana.
