@chrislind84 - wow! you are the first post I've seen where someone who had filed via paper had heard anything from the IRS. So if I read your posts correctly, you filed around the 1st of Feb and if the IRS now says they will process in 60 days or so, that is the 1st of August, so that the delay for paper returns is right around 6 months.....
that is terrific news that the IRS is beginning to 'set expecations' for paper returns.
