@profesrdan - you have recourse to TT only if the calcuations in their software are wrong. They do not take responsilbity for the data you enter! If you enter the wrong information, obviously, the result is going to be incorrect!
At one point in the interview, TT asked how much you had ALREADY received. if you were filing "joint", there were TWO letters and the TWO letters were to be added together; many made the mistake of thinking the two letters were duplicates and / or didn't see the 2nd letter
Suggest checking your bank account from March - May, 2021 to confirm you received the stimulus. It should have been $1400 for each person on your tax return.
