what is on Lines 28 and Lines 30 of your Form 1040.
My bet is there is an issue with how much you told TT you had actually received for the Recovery Rebate / Stimulus and / or the Advance Child Tax Credit. The IRS checks that against their records (as they know what they sent you); if you state you received less that what the IRS thinks you received, your refund is reduced by that amount.
Could that be what occured? Again, please post what is on Lines 28 and 30 and I can explain further.
