I'm in the same boat. IRS released the refund to TPG on March 1st. It's well into May and after countless emails and phone calls....nothing! I reached out to the BBB and they informed me that TPG never responded back to them. I will never use Turbo Tax again! Now I have to reach out to the IRS directly. SMH!
