Thank you DoninGA for your reply. My 2021, 1040 Tax Return calculated by Turbo Tax also had an amount of $1400.00 on line 30, the Recovery Rebate Credit my spouse and I received. The IRS removed that from the credits line 30 and direct deposited what Turbo Tax had calculated we would get, LESS the $1400.00. So, if I understand you correctly, the IRS fixed the error that Turbo Tax made in adding the rebate to line 30 in the first place and nothing more needs to be done because we got the refund we should have if Turbo Tax had NOT made this error. So, HURRAH for the IRS sending us the correct amount so we don't have to amend our return, but what about Turbo Tax's duplicity with the error in the first place. When you pay as much as we do for the tax program (it's complicated) you expect accuracy not errors. I would like to know how I can contact Turbo Tax for a refund based on the fact they screwed up. How can I contact Turdo Tax customer service?
