I also got a CP13 notice. I am well below the income limits, and I never received a 3rd stimulus check, in this case for $2,800. 00 I did my return with Turbotax I have been trying many times to call the IRS no avail. Pleae Help. I think I deserve better answer from Turbo Tax. Frustrated.
