After you file
I have not received my refund. I have reached out to one of my state’s senator’s offices to try to get some assistance.
If anyone else has had the same set of issues (used turbo tax and e-filed state and federal tax return through turbo tax on 21 March 2022, received confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the federal return by the IRS, IRS “Where’s my refund” tool states IRS sent refund on 30 March 2022, called IRS on 4/18/22 and IRS stated
refund send to Green Dot bank account specified on the e-file received from turbo tax -IRS stated there were two sets of routing and account numbers, both my bank and Green Dot bank routing number and an account which ended in my SSN, called Green Dot fraud dept who said the Green Dot account did not exist, called turbo tax on 4/18/22 and spent 3.5 hours on phone during which agent and I could not locate my account at Green Dot and could not input my filing status,
SSN and DOB at Santa Barbara bank because it was not
recognized by Santa Barbara Bank, called turbo tax and spoke with a second agent for 2 plus hours who attempted with tech support to locate my information at Santa Barbara Bank but who received an error and was unable to
do so. Anyone else who has gone to these lengths or further to attempt to find a refund or who has experienced these
same roadblocks and met
with success in obtaining your refund? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
