many refunds are taking longer than 21 days after acceptance. the iRS says that refund status should show up on its website within 24 hours of being accepted. once accepted Turbotax receives no further updates. many taxpayers omit entering the EIP3 payment and or the advanced child tax credit payments they received. this delays the refund.
