Please stop posting these unhelpful responses, TT employees! We have called you and you misdirect us, blame us for these shortages and send us running in circles making things worse. Can't you see how upsetting this is for us? I've been a TT customer for a decade and never had an issue before. This year, TPG's THEFT of my hard earned money has been devastating for myself, my family and countless others are going through this same thing. TT is either complicit or plain heartless to offer us zero help during this time. This is unconscionable behavior. Why won't you put your efforts towards helping the customers who trusted you? Help us get OUR money back instead of trolling message boards. HELP US!
