Irs has RELEASED my funds. TT has no record of it and there's no way to get ahold of sbtpg the line stays busy... I git ahold of them once by a miracle and they said they couldn't help me without a tracking number from irs. The irs **bleep** near laughed when they said they can give me date released but not a ticket or tracking number. There's way to many upset customers to try and keep up this kie of sbtpg not holding funds when they're literally are. 😑 Crazy part they paid my turbotax fees but did not release reminder balance like has happened for the past few years. There's some fraud stuff going on and I refuse to use TT again if they continue to work with that crap company.
