I'm at work and saw it coming to my mail. Initially I had a refund and filed to early and realized I missed adding some items which resulted in me having to pay more after amending my tax return. I received my refund but then paid it back a good portion of it. I wonder if that is what the letter is referring to?
I did check my IRS portal and it says i'm up to date with all my payments.
