I have had my letter today and things become a little clearer! It is approximately $50000. and the reason is that I originally sent in a pre-payment check in the first quarter because I had sold a rental property. After a while they sent me a check for that amount with no explanation. I sent it back to them with an explanation of why. I sent it insured and the USPS confirmed it was delivered. It is this prepayment they have ignored! None of that info appeared on the details from their website!
Hopefully when I can get them on the phone this will be easily resolved.
