I finally spoke to someone yesterday but it didn’t help much. It’s been 12 weeks for me. She just said she sees my account and doesn’t see any issues and that "the system just hasn’t released it yet". She said if I don’t see anything by the 13th or 14th week (?) to call back and they will then be able to do more. None of that makes sense to me.
