The IRS said that they sent my refund to turbotax on April 20th. turbotax emailed me and said that my refund is on the way and that I should look in my account 1 to 2 days after today if it does not appear.. 8 days later it is still not in my account and I cannot get ahold of anybody from TPG. I have emailed called and been on hold for 2 hours several times, and I have opened up a support case court case after which they told me they would reach out to me after 24 hours, but it's now 48 hours later. I have over $5000 coming to me and I need my refund now!
