These are not normal times. The IRS is severely backlogged. There are millions of 2020 tax returns that they haven't processed yet. They have said that they will try to clear the backlog by the end of 2022. Don't expect any kind of responsiveness from the IRS. You have proof that they received your tax return, so just relax and wait. And expect to wait a long time.
