My federal tax refund was deposited on 13 APR 2022 and was $1,754 less than expected. My spouse and I filed jointly.
1) We don't have kids
2) We didn't get any stimulus checks or covid relief checks because were fortunate that we were both able to work from home during the pandemic
3) We don't have unpaid child support, student loan or other such debts that were listed on your website
4) We aren't eligible for any child tax credits
5) We bought an electric vehicle in 2020 which qualified us for the $7500 tax credit/rebate.
The IRS has not sent us any notification that our taxes were reduced and why.
Where is the remainder of our federal refund?
All of the reasons intuit provided as for possible reasons out taxes were reduced don't apply to us.
