After you file

My taxes was scheduled to be in my account by the 25th and it's still nothing

You see that scheduled where??  Where are you getting the date?   If that date is what is displayed inside your TurboTax Online account, then it is an estimate based on the usual IRS claim that most returns that are efiled and chose direct deposit will get refunds within 21 days.

Or are you referring to a date shown in the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Does that tool say the IRS has actually sent the funds and provided a date?

If the WMR tool says the IRS has actually sent the funds, they say to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing times.

However, there may be another link in the chain if you used the following service:

Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund?  If so, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.   Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.)  The company that manages that service is SBTPG (aka TPG or Tax Products Group).   If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds,  you can look up the refund status using SBTPG's refund lookup tool at their website.

If that's your situation, then to look it up at SBTPG's website choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
