The IRS was only able to tell me the name of the bank which was Santa Barbara bank for turbo tax (800) 779-7228. After an hour and a half wait they finally answer to tell you something but each time I spoke to them it was something different but at least I know eventually it’s going back to IRS andthey will send me a check. Also try tpg website. I give up calling and getting all worked up they could not care less how mad I was and how it doesn’t make sense: I hope you have better luck I been waiting since February 18 it was deposited by IRS and I’m still waiting
