I've also had that issue I made an account on the Georgia texts website and went and looked into my information and it showed that I had a credit of my tax amount of And they had to send me a letter in the mail verifying pretty much that it was me and the amount with the code you needed to enter online mailed.... guessing just an extra step they're taken this year on some returns
