Cannot File My Return & Cannot Talk To Human: Refund Requested
Hello -
So evidently there are exactly zero ways to contact a human at TurboTax. Red Flag #1.
My return was declined because 6-digit pin not entered. Was not asked for 6-digit pin, but was asked to create some new 5-digit pin.
I did hunt down the 6-digit pin and entered that and refiled. The return was again declined.
So I called the IRS number involving pins and the recording said it can take up to 180 days to process a new pin.
I would really like a human to help me sort thru this and make sure I have to wait 180 [likely more] days for my refund.
Since there is no way to get a human, I want to make sure my TurboTax account is canceled with no money due, and I will find a human locally.
Please advise how to make sure the order is canceled.
P.S. sorry for all the "emotional incontinence" directed at your POS worthless AI phone tree.
