I have tried all suggestions, nothing works to clear the error. I called the casino that issued the W2Gs and they were of no help. They assured me that the information on their forms was correct. It seems my only option now is to file by mail since I don't have exact details of which W2G entry is wrong, or what part of the payer information doesn't match the IRS database.
