After you file

Yes, you still need to print and mail the Form 1310 per the instructions.  

 

Per the IRS:

If the original return was filed electronically, mail Form 1310 to the Internal Revenue Service Center designated for the address shown on Form 1310 above(this is the address of the taxpayers listed on the Form 1310). See the instructions for the original return for the address.
