It's not "normal" but it is not uncommon- it can take the IRS and the states a few days for payments to be credited and settled with the bank. Since the IRS is showing, it is most likely the state will as well- but check in a few days to be sure because if you do not see and call right away (after the deadline it is less busy), they can assist you.
