You cannot manually make changes to Form 1040 within TurboTax Online. Form 1040 is basically a summary of all the information which you have entered in various forms. Once you change the main form, it will automatically update the Form 1040.
For example, if you feel that the wages on Form 1040 are not correct, you will edit the Form W-2 which you have entered and it will automatically update on Form 1040.
