I am in a similar situation. I have received the exact rejection even though I told the program I had no Obamacare for 2021. At least to my knowledge. I have NO 1095.
Now, that said, I separated from a devastatingly controlling witch in June of 2021 and she dragged the divorce out until April 13 of this year. There is a possibility that she may have enrolled us without my knowledge in 20/21. There is NO speaking and **bleep** sure no cooperation.
I even tried to refile using "legally separated" and "no healthcare" selections on Turbotax but again rejected for the same reason. I am stuck... please advise.
